Ali Abbas Zafar

Ali Abbas Zafar is a well recognized Indian film director and screenwriters. Since his very start in the film industry as an assistant director, he has already worked on multiple projects for the production company Yash Raj Films (YRF).

Till now he has worked as a producer, assistant director, director in the Indian Film Industry. Some of his most notable works as a director includes the romantic comedy Mere Brother Ki Dulhan (2011), the action drama Gunday (2014). His broad vision received widespread recognition for the sports drama Sultan(2016).

The trust that mega stars of the Indian Film Industry has on Ali Abbas Zafar is seen as he has worked on three big hits starring Salman Khan that includes Sultan (2016), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), Bharat(2019). Having the capability to reach masses by his enthusiasm & zeal towards his work led Zafar to direct his first web series Tandav, that was a political drama that stars Saif Ali Khan.

He is all set to showcase his proficiency as a team in his upcoming project “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, as it will be produced by Jackky Bhagnani under Pooja Entertainment, being intended to release in 2023.
